South Korean Company, LG Electronics has announced the launch of G Pad IV in its home market, the successor of G Pad tablet lineup. It’s an 8-inch slate which weighs just 290 grams (par with a soda can), so it’s most easy to handle and use tablet in any situation. It has thickness of only 6.9 mm while width and length is 216.2 mm and 127.0 mm, respectively. The slate runs Android 7.0 Nougat and will be launched on 4th July.
LG’s new G Pad tablet has 8-inch Full HD IPS Display with 1920×1200 resolution and aspect ratio of 16:10. Under the hood we get a Snapdragon 435 processor and 2 GB of RAM. It comes with 32GB internal storage with the option of SDCard and has 5-megapixel rear camera. While 5-megapixel front camera is also there for selfies and video calling.
LG G Pad IV comes with 4G LTE support it means you can make and receive network calls. The device is equipped with nano-SIM slot, a microUSB v2.0 port, WiFi 802.11 a/b/gn/ac Bluetooth 4.2, VoLTE connectivity and is supported by 3000 mAh battery. It also comes with a convenience feature called “easy-to-view-mode’ which can reduce the fatigue of the eyes by adjusting the blue light interception rate in four steps.
Director of LG Electronic Korea Group said; “The combination of convenient portability and excellent performance will provide a different experience for tablet PC.”
The LG U+ mobile will begin selling of LG G Pad IV tablets from 4th July with $306 starter price tag.
