It’s been a while since we have seen LG’s GPad tablet but there has been a buzz about the new GPad X model. This time we see something official arrives from T-Mobile. One of the popular US mobile carrier, T-Mobile added LG’s new GPad tablet images along with some details on its support page. The new LG’s new tablet is named GPad X2 8.0 Plus. Although it’s a midrange device but comes with an optional dock accessory to buy.
The T-Mobile support page for LG GPad X2 8.0 Plus includes some basic info and pictures which give a glimpse of the device. As the 8.0 in the name already hints, the LG GPad X2 8.0 Plus has 8-inch HD screen with display of 1920x1200pixel resolution. Under the hood the device comes with an octa-core processor clocked at 1.4 GHz and features 2GB of RAM, 32GB of storage and 5MP rear and front facing cameras. The device runs Android Nougat 7.0 but will possibly get Android O sometime. Since it’s a tablet powered by T-Mobile, so comes with LTE support.
LG GPad X2 8.0 Plus seems like an ordinary addition to the tablet lineup in first look, but it embraces the specs up with dock called the GPad Plus Pack. The dock has a stand with a built-in 4,400mAh battery to extend the usage time of the tablet. While it also includes a full size USB port to add up the portability, and stereo speakers to add up in the sound system. The dock connects on the back of the tablet where it connects with the proprietary connectivity ports at the back. The new features in tablet platform is interesting to know but it seems something that’ll not be in ultimate demand.
