Nokia to Introduce Android Tablets by end of this Year

Nokia, the big name for mobile in past, which could back soon, is now determined to bring Tablets and Smartphones by the end of this year with Android OS instead of Windows. The Nokia China’s presidents Mike Wang revealed the plans of introducing Android Tablets and smartphones on a Chinese website named ‘The Paper’.

Nokia Executive said, the Android Tablet and Smartphones will debut the market by the end of this year but reports also mentioned that there is possibility that this may not happen before end of the year.

Nokia power user reported that currently along with few important tasks of tweaks, Nokia is engaged in improving the Z-Launcher UI and to bring element of touch & hover interaction.

While previous rumors hinted two Nokia Smartphones 5.2 inch and 5.5 inch Smartphones to come by the end of this year having 22.6MP camera and QHD displays with meta shells. These phones will feature Snapdragon 820 processors, anticipating as premium smartphones which could bring them in the range with Samsung Galaxy S7. These devices will come with fingerprint scanners as well. And same features are expected for the tablets but with lower MP camera.

However, Nokia will not manufacture these devices itself but it has been projected to HMD, a new company having a Chief Manager Pekka Rantala who served Nokia for 17 years. He was Senior Vice President of Global Marketing before leaving the company.
